Ron Neuenschwander’s 25 year career has been marked by successfully building sales strategies and systems that align the sales organization with the revenue and strategic goals of growing companies. His experience includes successfully building inside sales teams and equipping sales organizations with practical methodologies and processes to build effective sales organizations – including customer relationship management (CRM) tools, inside sales team development and sales operations support.

His experience working with small to medium size companies has provided hands on experience in all aspects of business from order processing to customer service. Practical everyday “street” experience has generated a life-time of observations regarding customer service in the hospitality, retail, services and consumer products industry.
